Worst experience ever. I had foot surgery on September 3. The VA was negligent in getting me a home care consult for about 15 days and then this company received authorization to take over my care. Allways received the authorization -and the time until they actually provided a caregiver was 10 days, so I was without care in a foot cast in a home full of stairs and supposed to keep my foot elevated and was advised by my md that I would not have good outcomes if I did nkt follow post care instructions. NEVER EVER use this company!!!! They are HORRIBLE. Unreliable unprofessional workers! Will leave you high and dry if your caretaker cancels on you that day! Our caretaker even asked me if she could take the narcotics prescribed ONLY for my family member and sell them for money!!!! BEWARE!!!!! I should’ve known when I saw they had a 2.5 rating on here but I ignored it and gave them benefit of the doubt. NEVER AGAIN!!!!Â
Fannie Perry stole medicine, my Coco Chanel perfume and my briefcase, and probably many other things that I just haven’t noticed yet!!!! BAD CARE GIVER, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! :(Â
