My wife work there she loves it. She always tell me how her day went but she don't tell me the name of her clients. The staff is amazing and they care about their clients and employees.
The company has been with my family for a very long time. The staff in the office has been very helpful and caring . The caregiver that took care of mom and my dad was amazing she was here for me when both of my parents passed away. I am glad that I was able to keep the same caregiver that my parents had.
I love working for All Ways Caring the staff is great. The job is rewarding in it self. I love coming to work everyday get to see my client with a smile on their face. My mom is a client with All ways Caring in Lenoir for a few years now. In the beginning it was a hit and miss situation with getting quality care. We had even contemplated moving her services. However, after management had changed and they brung in Sandy to oversee the Lenoir office it’s been a night and day difference!! She has single-handedly turned the Lenoir office completely around!
