Save yourself the nightmare if you can... Rescare was a bit unreliable.. But this always "caring"... tragic really.. The last worker they sent that was "fulltime" let my shower mold... Spent my stamps as though it were her parents money... Broke stuff... Let the floors go to hell... I could go on and on...
Do not use this company. Kylie has sent us 2 caregivers linda and danyel both have called my husband and I names then kicked my husband off the program without hearing our side of the story. Very unprofessional . choose a different agency
“ Caring Rarely” is a more appropriate name for this company. Service by ResCare was okay, but since by being bought by Caring Always, the service is really poor. Far below what can be attributed to the pandemic.
Since there is only one review, I thought I would relay my experience with this company from a caregiver point of view, hoping this will be helpful for both potential caregivers,and potential clients. An effective business servicing the home care needs of the elderly and disabled has to have heart in it, and this (local branch of a larger) company absolutely does.
