This company is the worst company to work for no follow up I was physically assaulted on the job a few days ago only got 2 follow-up phone calls. Only to cover their ends not support it’s definitely very upsetting having to deal with getting physically assaulted and now ignored.

The team here in Flagstaff is wonderful! They act on good intentions and do what’s best for each client depending on the needs. As a caregiver I got much more than paid for a job, it’s very difficult at times but also very rewarding in many aspects. From helping with nutrition and dietary restrictions, exercise, shopping & appointments to cooking and cleaning, they provide focused one on one care and along the way you build some pretty unforgettable relationships.

I have great flexibility because they work with my school schedule. They helped me get the hours I need. You meet great clients that are always fun to work with. The staff is amazing, they respect my limits and are always there to help in any way possible. I highly recommend working here!

We needed services for my mom who is very challenged. We were so appreciative of the warm and caring people here and the caregivers were the best I have ever experienced. We will only choose Allways Caring from now on!
