Been waiting for an authorization date to be changed by Medicaid. My father was approved 5-7-2026. I chose this place middle of May. I did not hear from this place the entire month of June. I had to get updates from my son who was going to care for my dad through this agency. This place does not do follow up phone calls or communicate anything, if anything needs to get done, you’ll be waiting and wondering! I wish I had chosen a different agency. All Ways Caring has worked hard to staff my moms odd schedule when no one else would help. They provide excellent care with friendly staff.

Having a challenging brother, Amy Lawrence is so accepting and helpful helping him. She has gone above and beyond what I would think a manager would do. My brother loves her, she always makes him feel important! And she is FUN! Thank you Amy for partnering with my family and Ben for meaningful care and assistance!
