The mission of All Ways Caring is to serve families and patients with care and professionalism. From my experience, they do not advocate for, or prioritize the wellness of the patients. Their priority and trust lie entirely in their nurses, which only works if their nurses are expertly trained in quality communication, which they are not. I have had the best experience working here than any other company. They actually answered after hours. Other companies seem to abandon you after hours. I came back because they are really good with encouraging you to do your best in every situation and respect your limitations.
