A very ignorant bunch of people! They only care about how much they can profit. Very ignorant to both patients and care givers. Do not communicate at all are just condescending and ignorant!
Management is rude and there is no communication from them. Other then when they want to yell about things they have not communicated. Worked with this company for almost 3 years but no more since I was terminated but they still accepted my patients care.
My caregiver did wonderfully when I had a seizure. She took every step she needed to during the seizure.
