I love my job in the Gainesville office as a CSM. I love the team I work with in the office. I make sure to communicate with all of my clients and caregivers. I give absolute percent to make sure our clients get the care that they deserve. I have wonderful caregivers that give their all and I am very grateful for all that they do for our clients and the company!!!! #Differencemaker
Left my mother high & dry at home, while I was in the hospital having surgery. Sent out caregivers they hired over the phone but never met in person. Charged thousands of dollars for "professionals" but what we received were strangers who stole whatever would fit in their pockets. Offended if they had to wash a dish or move off the couch. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this company.

It’s a shame how they care for the elderly! My family is lucky to get 1 day a month for help! The office staff tells lies more than truth! I wonder if it ever crosses there mind, that’s why the can’t keep help!
