Left my mother high & dry at home, while I was in the hospital having surgery. Sent out caregivers they hired over the phone but never met in person. Charged thousands of dollars for "professionals" but what we received were strangers who stole whatever would fit in their pockets. Offended if they had to wash a dish or move off the couch. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this company.

It’s a shame how they care for the elderly! My family is lucky to get 1 day a month for help! The office staff tells lies more than truth! I wonder if it ever crosses there mind, that’s why the can’t keep help!
This has to be one of the best agencies I have had the opportunity to be associated with as a client. This is especially true concerning the health care provider they assigned to my account - I only know the young lady as Brook, but she provided exemplary service beyond anything I could think would be the norm under every task she was asked to provide. Please extend my best regards for the professionalism Brook provided during the time she helped me.
Poor communication and leaving clients (my mother that is recovering from a leg amputation) high and dry with less than an hours notice of close of business on friday. No replacement of any kind and not even an acknowledgment that my mother's caregiver was leaving permentlly!! The caregiver told her at her last visit!
