After waiting 2-3 weeks for a follow up phone call that I never received regarding home care for my father in law, I was told they don’t remember talking with me. I had written down info regarding our conversation and was told they would need to check to see if they had someone work in our area. This office is a joke, if you live out north don’t count on them for any help.
Ended up with a bed bug infestation from our caretaker. $650 and not being comfortable having a caretaker come in my home now added to my list of anxiety. Thanks for nothing but a headache. My number is on file with your company. I've discussed this with the St. Joseph office. You're more than welcome to reach out to me.
Company and its staff are friendly. Helped with getting myself and my mother the necessary help needed. Provide with continuous service and support.
This company, part of a large national company, is excellent! They answer their telephones, I am seldom placed on hold. Their payroll arrives to my caregiver on time. They do both in-home and Consumer Directed Services. They care about their customers and their employees. I personally have used them for some time via the Missouri Consumer Directed Services program.
