The help on the weekends is impossible to rely on. Mostly because the office doesn't replace the helper that has called off for her shift. Nobody shows up or calls. We depend on them for my mother's safety and they just ignore her. The State of Washington doesn't investigate these businesses either. I cannot believe WA State allows these businesses to operate under these circumstances. Social Services doesn't step in either. This should be against the law.
overall great place
Have had them for a couple of months taking care of an uncle. At least once a week their worker doesn't show up call the office never get a call back or send someone else out. We are with him 24 hrs a day and need those 2 hrs they come out so we can have a break n take care of our own family. Its a shame that they can't even take care of business after hours when they are suppose to have someone taking calls after hours. I know next time we need help we will not be calling them.
