I live here in this place. I have been very happy with the place, ESPECIALLY with the property manager Miss Suzy. Shes made living here excellent. She is very professional, responds very quickly to requests or problems. She has responded to everything ive requested, pest control, and found me a good cleaning service. I have had a great experience living here.
Resaca View Apartments is a great place to live! The management team does an excellent job keeping the property clean, updated, and well-maintained. Whenever an issue comes up, they respond quickly and make sure everything is fixed properly. It’s a safe, family-friendly community — I’ve never had any problems here. Professional management made me feel welcomed since day one . The property is kept cleaned and well maintained. I highly recommend this place .
I always felt I was walking on egg shells living here! The maintenance man (manager) (bald guy) was always watching everything the residents did! He always wanted to come in my apartment to “inspect” supposedly to change the filter, which I could happily do or check the water! In the end I was sent a bill over not cleaning the apartment correctly behind the refrigerator, how am i supposed to move a refrigerator! I didn’t get my deposit back! Don’t move here! Most of the neighbors are nosy too!
I loved living here and my dogs loved living here too. The manger was always really nice and chatty.
