Good service
They are very professional and the meat was cut and packaged perfectly. We had ordered from Clark Hog Farm and More and Resaca processed the hog. The labeling is clear and the cuts are packaged exceptionally well. I would recommend them over and over. Thanks you for being so professional!
Absolutely the best processor. The ground meats are top notch. No gristle at all. I can’t eat meat from the grocery store now.
It can be difficult to trust a new shop with your animals when the place you use now is "good enough", but this shop does superb work. I brought them a fatty, difficult hog known for low meat, high lard yield. While every other processor I've used seems to do the minimum with non-ideal breeds, Resaca put in the effort to make a beautiful, well cut, delicious product. The facility is clean and organized.
