This was the second time Demitri from Hive 5 Plumbing & Drain has helped us, and once again, the service was excellent! He arrived on time, confirmed the appointment the day before, and texted when he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our toilet issue. Demitri is reliable, professional, and great to deal with. I’ll definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber!

Five Stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend this plumber enough! He came out and quickly fixed our issue, but what really set him apart was his incredible service. He didn't just patch up the problem and leave; he took the time to explain every single step of the process so clearly that I actually understood what went wrong. Demitri was fantastic! He came to provide a plumbing report, and he noticed things that other plumbers who had visited before him either missed or never brought up. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walking me through the logic and the most likely scenario of how the leak happened in my condo. He also validated my experience, which meant a lot to me. He was kind, patient, and genuinely easy to work with. I'm so glad I chose him and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber!

I called RES Plumbing & Drain Services to clean out a blockage in the sink drain pipes. Dimitri was very professional and fixed the issue. Will be using again in the future for any plumbing issues that arise and I would recommend this company for service. Update 2026: used hive 5 (love the new brand) to help replace a fitting that I damaged while pretending to be a plumber. Another great call - Anton did this one - highly recommend.
