This is an easy 5 stars. I don't often provide a review but this time I really felt the need to provide one for Demitri. He is a great guy. Very fair, professional, highly skilled, and focused on customer needs. He helped us when our upper floor bathtub was leaking causing water buildup and staining in the ceiling. He was prompt, courteous, and quick to identify and repair the problem. Honestly, I feel lucky to have found him. Look nowhere else. Contact him for your plumbing needs
Dimitri has serviced our home on two occasions. We first had him install 3 new toilets which were completed with attention to detail. He’s also very friendly and explains the work being done. Most recently we had Dimitri at our home this week to fix a leaking bathtub faucet. He showed me the parts required and happened to have on hand. Dimitri proactively changed the cartridge for the second faucet as well because it too was aged and would eventually start to leak. Thanks Dimitri for your quality work. Andre Y.
I had toilet installation that required rerouting the waterline in order for the new style toilet to fit. This was beyond what I could handle for DIY, and I am glad I called in the pros when I did. He gave me good advice for pausing the work I started to avoid a leak, and defer the service to avoid an after hours service call until Monday morning.
