the worst costumer service I received, we hired RES engineering to do a special inspection last year and paid 1k for the service, I called to receive from them the special inspection letter, they requesting additional 300$ to issue the letter as they claim "we provide engineer service on site to do the special inspection, but not everyone need the letter afterwards, if needed its additional charge" and afterwards irine hang up the phone. literally a scam . a way to get more money. why would I call you in first place to do sp... read more
