Res Comm was the provider of fire and security monitoring to my 60,000 SF office building in Cincinnati. I recently met with the owner and requested a number of upgrades and improvements that were revenue producing for Res Comm. The owner went on vacation and never followed up. No call, no quote, no nothing. I followed up and requested a call back and service multiple times thereafter, and Res Comm simply never called back.
