After much deliberations on technology, product & service providers, I decided to use RES-COM to order & install a Burnham boiler, even though their price was not the lowest. Our old boiler failed in Dec 2013 and after considerable thoughts to current technology, products, prices & service providers, zeroed on RES-COM to install a new boiler in Feb 2014. I found personally their front office to be courteous & efficient, a rarity in small companies. They have Juan, a coordinator, who is good in what he does.
