We’ve been having our AC and Furnace serviced by ResCom (now Reimer) since 2019. They are prompt, courteous and fair. We just had our AC serviced by their tech, Austin, and he was excellent — explained everything clearly, exceptionally polite, and right on time. Highly recommend.
Res–Com was recommended to me by a friend. They gave me a quote that was literally thousands of dollars less than their competitors. They installed Central air into my home and needed to fabricate a cold air intake box onto my furnace. They got everything done in one day and did a beautiful cleanup job. I cannot say enough about their service, friendliness, professionalism, and great price. I plan on using them again in the future if need be. I also recommend them to others.
My furnace stopped working late in the evening. Luckily we had enough heat to get us through the night. I called Res/com first thing in the morning. There tech arrived just after lunch troubleshot the problem and now have heat. FYI. This is the same furnace that Res/Com installed 30 yrs ago. This is the 2nd problem we have had in 30 yrs. I definitely have gotten my monies worth out of this furnace. Highly recommend Res/Com. Great local company. Very responsive and reasonable pricing.
