This was my 2nd job after going out on my own, and I honestly was able to afford to take care of my son on my own. I worked long hours but the job itself and the people there made it all worth it in the end. Rescare is not only in my opinion a good place for family members to be able to help themselves with daily tasks but also a good paying job as well. I personally never had a problem with this residential treatment facility.
Horrible to their employees and their residents they “care” for. This company needs a complete overhaul.
