Jeff is really the best of all. Complicated story, but let me simplify that: After one freezing night with temperature below zero fahrenheit, the HVAC in my home was blowing out cold air and I had a burst water pipe (I was able to shut the main water supply to prevent flooding). With a call to Jeff, he showed up immediately on that day despite his packed schedule (I can imagine how many calls he got on those freezing days). Jeff and his team installed a new furnace to replace our 37-year old furnace, a new oil tank to replace a weeping tank, and a heat pump. From start to finish the communication was great, work quality was amazing, and they cleaned up after themselves. Jeff was also able to help out with all aspects of the Mass Save program (weatherization/enregy audit, rebates, HEAT loan) and the pricing on all 3 installs was very fair. Great company all around, have used them for years and they have always been reliable, fast and helpful is so many ways. I honestly can't think of one bad thing to say about them. I HAVE and will continue to recommend RER to others.
