I have never felt compelled to repeatedly leave a negative review for a company before, but people need to know about my experience. In my experience, this company acted in an extremely unethical and dishonest manner. They took my money, failed to honor commitments they made, and I believe they breached their own contract. An ex boyfriend posted a bogus review of me on my work website to harm me. Reputation Guards had it taken down. It took a few weeks. But it’s gone and I’m SO GRATEFUL!
We tried to work with Reputation Guard and it was the worst experience ever. They did absolutely nothing they promised in our contract and when we were told we would get a refund they stopped all communication with us. I have called multiple times and they act like they are taking notes and then say no one is available to speak with and disconnect my call. Do not work with this company they are a scam.
