We ordered a new front door from this company that was installed but needed a longer astragal. We were told it was on order and would arrive in about a week. After two weeks, we started trying to call, but could not get an answer. We left voice messages that were not returned. On June 23, we drove to their office to find it closed and apparently abandoned. The phone numbers in Las Vegas and Phoenix no longer works. I am very disappointed that I have ordered another three windows thru Republic West. The windows are different than the original first, three windows ordered a couple of months ago. The function of opening up from the inside for cleaning, which is very important to me with two previously, shattered wrists, was not on the three new windows being installed today.
