Giving this enterprise a single star is way more than it deserves! For more than ten years, I have used Republic, and it has gotten progressively worse. Over the past two months, it was late by more than three days in servicing my residential 96-gallon recycling container. On one of these late visits, the wheel broke off the axle upon impact on the street after servicing. I made multiple phone calls to get someone to come to my house to fix or replace the container.
