I recently closed a transaction with Republic Title Lakewood, and it was truly one of the sweetest closing experiences I’ve had. My client was allowed to bring her dog, River, to closing so we could take photos, and the team even had treats ready for her. Brandon Dawson did an amazing job. He kept us updated in the process. He answered his email or phone timely. At closing he made sure that the buyer understood what he was explaining and he answered the questions in a very easy way for the buyer to understand. As a Realtor I highly recommend Brandon and Republic Title.

I have closed a few in your office and no offense to anyone but Cindy was the single best closing experience I have ever had, anywhere. She was incredible, kind, calm, explained everything before the buyer could even form questions, and she kept us laughing and made it a fun experience. For a first time buyer especially, creating that atmosphere is important, he was very nervous! If we could hire title officers like we do transaction coordinators I would have Cindy do every single closing for me!
