I have closed a few in your office and no offense to anyone but Cindy was the single best closing experience I have ever had, anywhere. She was incredible, kind, calm, explained everything before the buyer could even form questions, and she kept us laughing and made it a fun experience. For a first time buyer especially, creating that atmosphere is important, he was very nervous! If we could hire title officers like we do transaction coordinators I would have Cindy do every single closing for me!
I presented a transaction to Marie, but from the beginning, the level of service and communication was disappointing. She came across as dismissive and unhelpful throughout the process. Ultimately, I was informed that underwriting declined to insure the file. We subsequently worked with another reputable company in the industry, and they were able to close the transaction without any issues.
Team Cindy Maya at Republic Title is the best! We were buying a home from states away, and she and her team were flexible with our schedule and incredibly helpful walking us through the process. Closing went so smoothly and Cindy’s positive energy added to our excitement! I highly recommend Cindy & her team to anyone and everyone!
I cannot recommend Brandon with Republic Title enough! He is timely, has awesome customer service, and is very professional with client-facing deliverables!
