Ann is the real deal. Her caring and no nonsense customer service was a breath of fresh air. I had become frustrated with other storage facilities and Ann and the folks at Republic Storage Willowbrook made me feel like family. Thank you!
Zero stars to this company!!! They just raised my insurance WITHOUT NOTICE! Very run down hokey stuff going on with this company and its company wide!
Fair pricing nice folks to work with at the counter and telling you about the lot security passcodes Etc
Zero stars! Overrun by Mice! Disgusting! EVERYTHING IN MY UNIT HAS BEEN DESTROYED BY THEIR LACK OF RODENT ABATEMENT! I paid my fees plus late fees for 13 months. I trusted Broadway 1 to have clean rodent free units. Huge let down. So disgusting!
