If i could give them 0 stars that's what I would do. I called them about a storage unit, and the man told me he would hold one in particular for me till the next day. I go to pay for it the next day and the woman then tells me - that the one i reserved is taken and I got moved to a smaller one, or i could pay for a larger one! They wouldn't even honor the same price for the little bit bigger one. Highly unsatisfied with there service. And i will tell everybody I can to not use there units.
