Was told today that the trailer which states it is free for tenant use on it's side is only available for new tenants. I didn't know that when I got my unit months ago and now that I'm actually ready to move I'll have to rent a trailer. You don't have to provide a free trailer, but false advertisement of one doesn't sit well with me.

The wooden sign with the number of my spot somehow was pulled out of the ground. The wood sign was laying with one nail pointed straight up and the other was bent over. I considered pushing it back in the ground but the one nail needed to be straightened out or replaced and I had no tools to do that with. I stopped at the office and gave the wooden sign to the office person which that person seemed quite taken back that I didn't just put it back in the ground.
