Increased rates after going to e-pay with no warning then double charged account and didn’t repay. I wouldn’t trust this company with access to e-pay.
We spent our first 3 months of service calling to see why our cans weren't picked up on trash day. There was never a reason, and the service rep couldn't schedule to pick up until several days later. It happened so frequently that we ended up having to order a 2nd can to take care of the overflowing trash. That's when our billing issues started.
