Greg our driver and Annie Pfeifer have been so fantastic to work with. I’m very pleased.
Use to be a good company, just isn’t anymore. Bad service, bad customer service, bad rates and lousy at actual pickup. I have had this service for 15 years, but sick and tired of rude business, ripping me off and simply not doing their jobs. I had highly recommended going elsewhere.
Horrible experience! I personally will never use Republic Services for any reason ever again. I had a 20 yard dumpster placed on a concrete pad with a gravel driveway all around it. After the scheduled pickup day came and went, I waited for two days and then emailed asking when it would be picked up. Instead of emailing or calling me a truck showed up the next day after it had rained several inches and proceeded to drive off the driveway into the rain saturated yard and got stuck.
