ID changes it's pick-up schedule without notice and explains that it is your fault for not changing to keep up with them. I am looking for a new company !!!
Industrial Desposal has been overcharging me for at least eighteen months and was not willing to issue a refund.Was supposed to be paying neighborhood rate but was paying approx. fifty percent more than others in same neighborhood.Most recent bill was sixty percent more than others.I hope we change service soon!
I would not recommend this company at all. I called to replace my cans because they were cracked and had to keep calling to try to get someone out. I ended up canceling and going with waste management (much better customer service). Since I've canceled three weeks ago I'm still waiting for them to pick up the trash cans. They are just waiting so they won't have to give me a refund because I canceled in the middle of my last payment. I'll be happy when I don't have to deal with ID any more!
Notably good service experience They have always picked up all of our trash. I've never had a garbage company do that. If something falls out of the can they get out and pick it up.
Consistantly fail to convey exception information to their drivers. We live on a corner and have always placed our garbage on the side street. This was our agreement when we signed up for ID. The customer service person said it was noted on our file. Yet whenever there is a missed pickup, they say it's because of a new driver. This happened quite a few times.
