Let me start off by saying the service we have received so far from Republic has been on point but, and you know there has to be one. Today 5/22/26 at 7:52pm my trash has not been picked up. I drove around my neighborhood and it appears that me and my neighbors to the left and right of me still have trash. This is not acceptable especially because Monday is a holiday and they are not open so my full garbage can has to wait 2 weeks...... Truck route there is thru tight area, turns that have to have room to cross into incoming traffic and constant traffic. I would not return. There are too many other load options. Once there, scale in and back off scale to turn around, so give truck in front of you plenty of room. Loaded quickly, scale out, decent people working there. Exit directions to avoid the route in from the west .. Exit facility and turn right back onto 885... Right lane over Glenwood bridge to stop sign and turn left .. Greatful for the reviews. Take the turn as wide as possible..I had slid the tandems all the way to the front night before. People are very nice and work fast. Scale is no big deal. Just back up..

3 star is only because of the route to get here. You are going through neighborhoods with very narrow roads, and the turn onto Vespucius St is bad. Swing as wide as you possibly can, or you will swipe the pole. When you enter, pull onto scale to get weighed, then back of scale to get to dock 2. When there is no traffic, it's easy, bt if there are other trucks, pray they are nice and considerate to back up to give you the space to turn around. They are pretty quick to load.
