I would give zero stars but it wouldn't let me. I've been waiting for a dumpster for 3 months. Finally after two wks went through another company. So during this time now it's Dec and still no refund of my 285$ deposit.

UPDATE since our trash can fell in their truck it will take them the following pickup to bring us a new can! 🙄 yay for storing trash in our home 😡 the nice customer service rep told me we wouldn't be charged for it I would of been pretty outraged if we were! horrible horrible HORRIBLE SERVICE! our home has been skipped multiple times most recently when they picked up (on the second week of no pickup due to weather instead of picking up on the following day after the bad weather) they took took our trash can completely! Our unfortunate experience began when our home was destroyed by a fire, and we needed to clear away the debris. Online, it indicated that 5 tons were included per container. As I couldn't order two containers online, I called the provided number. The sales team set up an account and sent a document for me to sign. Haven’t picked up my trash at my business for 3 weeks after MANY calls. Every time I call they say the following day but it never happens. Guarantee they won’t be refunding my money for the past 3 weeks! “Garbage”company is correct ! And it’s 117 S Main St. in Gladewater in the event that the person who reads this cares to do their job!!!!😡
