I have been a customer for many years and they must have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I live in a rural area north of Phoenix AZ with a 3 yd container. They miss pickups on a regular basis and many times don't make up the pickup. They credit a small pittance for their miss. At the time it's like $18. If I request additional pickup, it's over $200. WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING???? 50 PERCENT INCREASE IN PRICES???? I had the chance of getting out from this service years ago but stuck with them because they offered me a discount in rate. They just hiked me rate up by 50% this last bill after hiking my rate up 30% last year. DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS GARBAGE GARBAGE COMPANY
Workers are extremely slow and smoke while picking up trash (Phoenix Raceway 11/9/24). Extremely unprofessional
Idiot driver put our dumpster back in the enclosure backwards so the lids are facing the wall. Now we can’t open it! I called them to report it but they would do nothing for me as a resident, they wanted to talk to the account owner. So I called the property management, they called, called me back to say it would be corrected. The dumpster is still backwards. 🤦🏻♀️
