Shame how one of thier trucks choose to completely blocked the ferry passengers. But then for several hours was belligerent and gave a fine example of the company standards and best practices. Such a positive branding in your behalf.
It's a dump and it stinks really bad, thankfully it's open on Sundays
I've been using their services for years. I was there recently, I like how respectful the guy at the door was regardless of the other employees hovering over him like he was a prisoner. Poor guy was told he couldn't use the bathroom unless he asked to be excused. Dehumanizing. He was told to only use a certain restroom on the other end of the company because the shop bathroom was for operators and mechanics only. I was there this past winter. I called to ask about construction debris and fill dirt disposal/dumpster rental. The lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. She literally said “no” and slammed the phone down, no other interaction. It’s been awhile since someone was that rude to me for no apparent reason when interacting with a business.
