This business has caused me the worst embarrassment and stress ever!! They have not picked up my trash for 2 weeks. When i called they dispatched someone and they assured me it will be pick up. I get home, it’s still on the curve, smelling horrible and look horrible in my neighborhood. I wouldn’t not recommend them to no one. This business IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST, they have not picked up my trash for 2 weeks going on 3 now since it is thanksgiving on my normal pickup day this week. When i called they dispatched someone and they assured me it will be pick up. This company is a joke. I’m not a rude or disrespectful person by no means but I have never been treated like this from and company in my life. I called months ago wanting have a trash pickup for my home, so I called the one for my city thinking it would be reliable and simple but I was very wrong I’ve had to call and sit on hold so many times and for so many hours it’s unbelievable. I chose this place thinking I could manage things online for convenience. It took 6 calls to find out when my scheduled pick up day was. Then I received my first bill of $306 for 1 month and a half. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and still have not found anyone to explain why the cost is more than I agreed to or was listed on the website and can’t even find someone who done who can cancel the service. One star is till too good.
