I chose this place thinking I could manage things online for convenience. It took 6 calls to find out when my scheduled pick up day was. Then I received my first bill of $306 for 1 month and a half. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and still have not found anyone to explain why the cost is more than I agreed to or was listed on the website and can’t even find someone who done who can cancel the service. One star is till too good.
Trying to get a small amount of trimmings picked up for over a week. Told everyday it would be picked up the next day. Frustrated. Calle this morning only to be hung up on. .
My trash wasn't picked up Sat after thanksgiving, my mom's and my trash was out, her trash was emptied but mine was not..both trash bins was side by side, the truck knocked over my trash bin, it was recorded on my security camera..this is 2x's this month no pick-up.. I'm paying for this service..Now my holiday trash has to remain in my house..this is WRONG
I have lived in my house for seven years. I have always had two trash cans. Due to the workers leaving the trash can on side of the road and just laying on the ground, the top broke on one of my trash cans. I called them and they came and picked it up. About 3 weeks went by and my trash can had not been replaced.
