Our facility pays for three pickup Services a week and we continually get two pickups. Even worse,they miss Friday service and still haven't made by noon for our Monday service 🤮.On the other hand, customer service in their office is fabulous🌷 .

We use republic once in a while for our commercial builders who need dumpsters in the Phoenix area. Their prices are pretty expensive, which is why I did not give them a five star review However, they are able to handle waste of all types and sizes without hesitation
Company continues to charge overage charges on cans that are not mine. When I disputed the charges they send me pictures that clearly were not my cans. This has been going on for months. I have sent pictures of my cans to several different representatives and asked to speak to the general manager to resolve this ongoing problem and no one ever contacts me. I am convinced this must be an additional revenue stream for them and they simply don't want to resolve the issue and correct their obvious mistake. Or is it a mistake?
Absolutely horrible company. Drivers drive across my yard, use my yard to turn around with no care that they are on private property. I not even their customer!!
