Shannon Jackson is a great sales representative and my accounts manager. she is a great worker helped me in my all five accounts, she took care of all the problems of all the accounts. She has lot of patience, very polite, explains in very detail and return calls on time. I highly recommend her.

Often missed pick ups, dealing with customer service after lengthy hold was pleasant but didn't result in resolving problems 100%, now they owe me a credit of 69.00 but no check seen just reoccurring Bill's showing the credit? Terrible customer service experience. Called and asked for new service, emailed for new service, called again for new service and after waiting almost two days still didn't have a service date. Amazon needs to take them over.
