Very unprofessional business, the worst biggest problem there is no other option, not organized, behind schedule overcharges all the time, I wish if there was other business option to choose

Maybe you can explain this for me. We have used your services for 10 years and with the exception of a few glitches in pickups, we’ve had no problems. However, the first pickup after the hurricane I find my container at the very end of my long driveway, which means that the length I have to drag the container back up to the house is twice as long. tell your guy that i’m sorry he thinks he is soo much better than the people who need to use the community services next door, but me parking in your mostly empty parking lot for less than TWO MINUTES to pick up my partner when the road was closed is not going to hurt you or your company. him being a jerk about it might, though. still giving y’all two stars because i respect public services—just not people who use their authority to be trifling and petulant.

I own the restaurant in Blowing Rock and with the previous storm they didn’t pick up my trash for 2 times straight and also 1 time on the week before which understandable. My wife called them this morning to making sure that they coming tomorrow as regular schedule also asking if any credit provide by missed 3 times schedule this month. I do not know what Republic Services is doing, but I hope they keep it up. They have been on their game lately. Next day service for additional pickups scheduled on line. The drivers I encounter are even friendly lately. I would have given a 1 star a year ago so whatever changes they have made appear to be working. Thank you Rachel Howell for your outstanding customer service and great attitude even when mine was not so good! Best account manager in my book!
