Republic services is one of if not the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I called tuesday to exchange five 30 yards dumpster for my company. ( this is something we do every year) can never get ahold of a girl named Tabitha whom I was told to contact directly. Finally got ahold of someone and they told me they'd be here Thursday morning. Called Thursday morning and they won't be here until late Thursday. So they knocked me out of 2 days work.

I wish I could write a review about my experience using this company's services but I can't. I couldn't get past the incredibly long wait on hold. I can understand if this was a mom & pop local operation with Memaw answering the phone while she looks after her grandbabies but this is a national company. Go figure.

Very unprofessional business, the worst biggest problem there is no other option, not organized, behind schedule overcharges all the time, I wish if there was other business option to choose

Maybe you can explain this for me. We have used your services for 10 years and with the exception of a few glitches in pickups, we’ve had no problems. However, the first pickup after the hurricane I find my container at the very end of my long driveway, which means that the length I have to drag the container back up to the house is twice as long. For years I have left the filled container halfway down the drive and the truck drives halfway up to collect. So are these pickup guys trying to give me an unspoken message? That t... read more
