Republic Services has been awful to have servicing my building since I moved here in 2022. This company insists on starting their work at 4am (or earlier) and is extremely loud which wakes up the hundreds of people who live in the large residential buildings on either side of the alley. It’s completely unnecessary for trash pickup to take place at this time when there are many other commercial buildings which could be serviced first. This company is truly the bane of my existence and is the reason why I have to vacate my rental unit at the end of my lease term. I truly cannot handle being woken up as early as 3:30am anymore by the Republic Services garbage trucks. While I understand that it is ideal to empty the dumpsters before “rush hour” there is absolutely no no need to wake people up at this hour. Terrible service, called over a month ago about scheduling because the website says call if i check. The guy they have driving tower terrace never sticks to the original schedule half the residents have no clue when recycling gets picked up. The website isn’t helpful at all and calling them means waiting for over an hour
