THEIR PHONE SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS & THEY’VE MISSED MULTIPLE PICKUPS. BAD COMPANY!
The workers themselves are great, but the automated scheduling apparently doesn't work. They missed our pickup last Monday and we called 3 times and was told they would pick up first thing in the morning. One time we actually talked to a person and they said they would pick up the next day. In the meantime, our trash sat on the curb the entire week, much to the chagrin of the HOA, and we keep adding to it. It was still out there this morning and scheduled pickup is today. Schduld pkup for a mattress and boxspring. I saw 2 trucks drive by. Called about the missed pickup and a foreigner said he had no way to contact them... u5, SOLID WASTE. ftc.
It has became an issue where the yard waste and recycling skips my entire house with the yard waste and recycling containers out. I contacted a customer service agent regarding my missed pickup for my yard waste. She stated that she noted my account and that they would pick up my yard waste Friday. Friday came and they didn't stop by to get the missed pickup. Also Friday was my recycling pick up day and the recycling pickup also was missed.
