I never leave bad reviews and I never complain, but this company (trash pick up side, not landfill side) has been absolutely horrible to work with. From being over charged, having accounts left open after I asked they be closed, to being talked to like I was an idiot over the phone. I was really pleased with the guidance I got from staff on my first trip to this landfill. It’s obvious they’re super busy, but they still made sure I knew what to do.
If I could give zero I would. Service is crazy expensive, finally cancelled it and it is costing me 46 dollars for them to pick up the can. And I can’t have trash in it. When I asked what the charge is for, I was told to clean and refurbish it. Like isn’t that a cost of the service, they also charge you to drop off a can when you get service with them. All around highway robbery
literally the worstttttt waste company on Earth. will leave the trash all over your yard just because they don’t want to get out and do their job. & that’s only if they decide to pick up your trash that week.
