Shout out to the two guys that not only picked up the trash but helped me move furniture down my stairs and into my truck!! So thankful for the help!

Not sure which Republic service services my Apt but the driver is awesome. I have dumb neighbors who don't know the correct way to dispose of items. They don't even knock down boxes and the dumpster ends up overflowing and the garbage falls all over the parking lot and this one particular driver gets out and picks up what has fallen all around the dumpster. He also saved a raccoon. Awesome.

Stole my waste and recycle cans. Republic customer service can offer no explanation and they deleted my account information.

They are ridiculous with charges. will charge you ridiculous amount just if they see a box on top of the container. They do not appreciate their customer.

Never have had a bulk day where the pick up the stuff without me having to call customer service. This time customer service picks up the phone and hangs up promptly. Worst Service. Wish North Olmsted would switch to Rumpke!
