They such. Can't even get anyone to answer the phone. They like to double dip on there bills.

Republic has to have the most pathetic customer service of any company we've ever had to use. It's unfortunate there aren't many options in this area.. Because Republic is exactly what they haul; garbage
Billing is very aggressive. We missed two weeks of putting out trash due to hospital stay. Service rep stated they do not do refunds, you are billed quarterly. No matter how many or few pick ups you have. You will literally pay them for doing nothing. Fuel surcharge gets bigger every month. Was a customer for years, very disappointed. Do not recomend. Zero stars.
Trash pick up on time. Can't get them to replace broken trash cans. It has been 6 weeks and still going.
