Republic Waste Management is the worst. If you have a choice, which our area did not, don’t use them. They miss pickups and then can’t reschedule for days….and can’t give you a reason why it was missed! Ok so 5 hours later after my complaint that they missed the pick up and I’m told they can’t come until Monday, the truck comes down the street. Zero stars. Absolutely horrific management team. Customer service is fine but I would not rec'd to anyone who has a commercial dumpster.
I called in the have a dumpster rental put in for Friday 6/12. Mind you this was BEFORE the tornadoes that just took place. I signed the contract with republic and put down my money for the dumpster delivery. I spoke with Cedrick Washington who was an agent to help schedule all of this. He took 50 minutes on the phone with me to even execute the contract then today he calls and states that he messed up the verbiage and now I’d have to wait until Monday the 15th to get a dump.
