I have to deal with your Momence Illinois location. Which has a one star review and is pissing off everybody in this area. I’m about to buy a house pretty close to your guys route and I will not be hiring you because I’ve had to deal with Republic service over here in Illinois. Terrible service. Called 2 times to have my garbage picked up. They confirmed that it would be picked up and never showed up
TERRIBLE company!!! I was told $80 quarterly. They charged me $80 monthly instead of quarterly, then it went up to $91 every month. I’ve called 4 separate times to get this taken care of and each time I was told something different. I canceled and took my business to their competitor!!! This company is a joke and are scammers. I will never do business with them again!!!!
