I called in the have a dumpster rental put in for Friday 6/12. Mind you this was BEFORE the tornadoes that just took place. I signed the contract with republic and put down my money for the dumpster delivery. I spoke with Cedrick Washington who was an agent to help schedule all of this. He took 50 minutes on the phone with me to even execute the contract then today he calls and states that he messed up the verbiage and now I’d have to wait until Monday the 15th to get a dump. It says open til 430 but that is not the case, I needed my truck empty and was turned away because to the general public it is only open til 2:30. So maybe you should specify this! It really messed me up today , unhappy customer unfortunately you the closest place and I have to go back :(. It is Thursday now i have to dump my garbage back in a garage ,use my truck for tomorrow (friday) and wait til Monday to take it in... PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR HOURS
I wanted to cancel services but was put on hold multiple times, and transferred to associates out of state where they would transfer me again, the whole experience took over an hour to cancel my service
We played nice. They could not get up our driveway a few times for lame reasons. One was the date was slightly into the driveway following a large snow. That bill came in at 550+. We spent HOURS on the phone with them to get that bill down. Another time there was a basketball in front of the dumpster. Again, megabill was sent.
