Horrible customer service and sur charges keep coming and coming and never come down buyer beware WM has better customer service and is cheaper and easier to use
Ive dumped at a few different locations all over the valley, and this one is by far the worst ever. Very rude, and unprofessional. I wouldn't even give them one star. I will from now on drive out of my way to not go back there ever again. All the employees are rude and you can feel the vibe like they don't want to work there. Very disappointed and on top of all the attitude, then they want to over charge! Never again!. DONT DO IT.
Avoid Republic Services at all costs. They constantly raise rates even while in a "contract" . The contract only benefits them. The tiny writing in the agreement gives them the right to raise rates for any reason which they take full advantage. I would rate zero stars if possible.
