Avoid Republic Services at all costs. They constantly raise rates even while in a "contract" . The contract only benefits them. The tiny writing in the agreement gives them the right to raise rates for any reason which they take full advantage. I would rate zero stars if possible.
Amazing company!
I emailed Priscilla Acero, Account Service Rep, at approximately 3:00pm about a complex billing problem I had. She responded to me before 5:00pm with the solution and advised it was awaiting approval. A rapid response with a proposed solution - can't ask for much more than that.
Tori Benson is amazing. She goes way beyond to take care of her customers. After having several other account managers Tori was the one who responded quickly and offered me to renew 3 of my 4 accounts at very fair pricing and terms. I recommend Tori to all as an account manager 100%
