This review is for Priscilla Pacero. I was so amazingly blessed by Priscilla's customer service last week. She went above and beyond to work with me and resolve our issues. I thank God for people like Priscilla, who listen and care about their customers.
I received a call from my new account manager Tori, and in a 5 minute phone call she did more for me than any of the prior managers. She even proactively advised of options to help me save on my bill. And I was able to get a hold of her quickly when I had more questions later.
I worked with Tori Benson my new account manager and she was the absolute BEST! We have been with Republic Services for 5 years now and she was not only extremely knowledgeable, but caring and just wonderful to work with. Really helped us out. To anyone looking for trash services I would highly recommend contacting Republic and asking for Tori - you will not be disappointed.
Priscilla Pacero has been the best customer representative. Republic Services had raised my rates considerably so I called them to inquire as why they were so high. Priscilla not only addressed the issue very quickly and in a very satisfactory manner, but also refunded the overpayment. Thank you!
After bing witht Republic several years noticed my bill increasing monthly. After multiple calls to Aaron my account manager finally getting in touch with him after several months he apologized and stated it was because my contract was expired gave me a bunch of excuses on why my contract was up and why he did not return my calls. I told him that I was okay with some limmited rate increases renewing quoted me a price but sent me another price and was pushing for another agreement, in the meantime they kept sending me invoice... read more
