Such a sorry group of people. They all lie to you to make you feel good about how they run their business. They say they have you on the schedule and again that’s a lie , After giving them a review on the phone ...that was a mistake. But I will take that back after I call again. Your full of garbage..I guess that fits you right!
I tried 5 times to handle this complaint the right way: by calling Repubic Services and politely asking them to handle the issue I'll describe below. All five times the person I spoke with was polite, agreed with my complaint, and promised to get it resolved. On the fifth complaint, I requested management followup (which I had been offered before but declined, hoping the issue would be resolved without resorting to a management-level complaint).
