Forgot to pick up everyone's garbage this past week. This is the third time this year they have done this. Yet the City contracted with them to provide services. This is the worst garbage company in the State. They need to take themselves out with the garbage. New edit, 4 years later. The Driver of the truck that picks up garbage at my location is horrible. I’m a little disappointed, you say you close at 4pm. But your gate is closed at 3:45. Maybe update your hours of operation to reflect when you actually close

It would have been nice if you posted the need for PPE on the web site. I had to go home for my hard hat and vest. Employees were polite.

The absolute worst trash service company in existence. It’s the worst that I can’t even choose anyone else due to a contract in my town. Repeatedly missing my pick up.. calling in multiple times and being lied to that it will be picked up. It’s an absolute joke people pay for a service and yet don’t actually get what they pay for.
