Every week I have a late pickup or a missed pickup. They changed my trash day from Monday to Friday and I thought things would get better but it got worse. And to make things worse when they miss pick up on Fridays they don’t get the trash til Monday if I’m lucky. Right now I’ve waited since Friday the fifth for my trash it’s now Wednesday. Absolutely terrible. Canceling my service today. Save yourself the stress do not chose this company for your trash.
HORRIBLE customer service.
I own 12 apartment units and have been happy with their service for over 2 years until lately. I pay for 12 trash cans there and there have been many pickup delays. In addition, this month I was charged a fee for carpet removal ($117) at one of my units when I usually get a couple of large items picked up per month for free. (I was never charged prior as long as it was rolled up). This same month, I also requested one of my trash cans at a vacancy be replaced, because a wheel is missing.
