This company’s rating couldn’t be more accurate. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I asked for my containers to be removed and replaced and they have scheduled several days and they just never show up. Every time you call you get representatives that don’t know what they are doing and they give you a new date and they still don’t show up. Do better
They are charging me 150.00 for trash cans they say they picked up but did not pick them up and are expecting me to pay it even though they did.nothing it is absolutely ridiculous
Terrible service Pick and choose what they want to take if they want to get out of truck. Copley twp needs to do better
Every week I have a late pickup or a missed pickup. They changed my trash day from Monday to Friday and I thought things would get better but it got worse. And to make things worse when they miss pick up on Fridays they don’t get the trash til Monday if I’m lucky. Right now I’ve waited since Friday the fifth for my trash it’s now Wednesday. Absolutely terrible. Canceling my service today. Save yourself the stress do not chose this company for your trash.
