The driver always miss pickup, everything when I called the customer service representative just told me left on the curb side but the situation never get improve. The worst case I had callled 4 times within a week to reschedule miss pickup. 🤬🤬
called Republic Services and was told to leave trash bags outside and that someone will pick up the trash today. It’s been a month since you guys promised us a bin and still haven’t done so. No one picked the trash up either. Now I’m left with bags sitting out, vulnerable to pests. I’ve tried calling back but can’t reach anyone — and I can’t leave a voicemail.
Come to the table with your unionized workers, pay them a living wage, and provide the service we pay you for, or else we will stop paying you for your (non) service.
