Worst garbage service of them all (Sunset Scavenger, WM, etc) - drivers are super lazy. There is really no other way to say it as this job doesn't require much. Used other services in San Francisco and South SF, never had any issues. Prices also went up about 6 months ago, so we're paying more for less. Either the drivers 1. empty the cans and drop them half a block down, 2. only empty HALF THE CAN and getting them to come back is a nightmare or 3. no longer take broken down boxes stacked neatly next to the recycle bin. Estoy teniendo graves problemas con los recolectores con los transportista, maltratan mis botes de la basura y sacan basura de los botes y me la dejan tiradas en mi entrada de la casa. Ya puse los reportes pero no toman cartas en el asunto. Tengo fotos y videos para comprobarlo

Asked for a larger trash bin. They say they are delivering one day the dont come. I call again and they give another day, dont come. I have called the day they are supposed to pick up to confirm, they confirm, they don't come. This has been happening for a month. 01/14 update: I emailed customer support and they said that it will be delivered today. I called in the morning and they said it will be delivered today.
