Once again they didn’t show up - even after I called to make sure they would. Was promised the driver would be here.
I wonder what sanitation workers are paid? I hope it is a livable wage. It has to be a hard job but they're never seems to be enough employees to collect the trash. When it is collected they seem to take their frustration out on the poor cans. Somehow my huge garbage can has been split almost in half.
I would like to give zero stars but cannot. These guys have one job. Collect trash. And they can’t even do that correctly. Horrible.
The absolute worst. They miss trash collection at least once a month (on Fridays), and when I call to complain, they “schedule” to come back out - usually the following Tuesday (four days later!) - but almost never do, so trash sits in the can until Friday. Also at least once a month, they leave half the trash in my cans. Weeks like this one, both things happened the same week.
