Edited review: they fixed my bill Signed a contract that my bill would be 90 a month and now it’s 120 and they blame it on rate increases. I never seen a 90 bill it’s always been 120 so this excuse is bs they should have told me when I signed the contract or notified me of a rate increase
Constant increases and poor attitudes. Customers are not the priority but their options and indifferent treatment to customers.
We have been using Republic Services for many years. When I saw the price increases over the last few years, I chalked it up to effects from the pandemic and figured it was industry wide. My last two bills have been for over $600.00 for three months. I recently found out that 3 other companies cover my area. At least two of them charge $30.00 per month. Thieves stole 80 bucks from me by refusing to let me dump clean soil at living Earth for 20 bucks and instead charging me 100
We’ve reluctantly used Republic for YEARS. Pick up service has always been great, but customer service is always terrible. On top of that, our price has consistently gone up every 6 months to a year. It has gone up $40 in the last 2 years. Terrible. Do not use the !
