I have tried to keep my patience with this company because I realize that I am a little further out in the country than their normal pick-ups. I have put my trash out several times where no one has come to pick it up. I call the company the next day and the person on the phone tells me that the driver left a note stating that my trash was not out by the curb. Called this place for my bill. Said they couldn't help me because I have to talk to my sales person. Now I didn't even know I had a sales person. The contract I signed didn't lock in my rate. Why sign it? They have ripped me off twice now. They make you feel you can't do anything about it, it is what it is. Even when I really got upset on the phone. I don't know why this dumb guy camjams98 thinks that allied raises your prices no way my bill has been the same $24 a month for years and I live in Elkhart in to I just don't get what he is talking about great service use allied waste and republic and able reliable they are all the same company in michiana area they work all Day every day allied"s phone is 1800-888-5783
I like allied waste services they have great customer service but if I was you do not use their service they raised my 2 cart service from 22$ to 44$ when they bought or merger with republic do not use allied or republic services they will just raise your price higher and higher
